Online Workshop Participation
Ans: If you have successfully enrolled in any online workshops, please read the activity reminder email carefully. An activity reminder email will be sent about a week or two prior to the online workshop. Since the email may end up in the Junk Mail / Promotion, please check all categories of mailbox. If you are still not getting the email, please contact us on 3750 7050 during office hours.
A WhatsApp reminder message containing the login information will also be sent to the account contact person.
Please note the following:
1. All workshops are divided into different groups depending on the target grade/age. Hence, the grade of participants should fall into the targeted grade/age range of selected workshops.
2. Since some of the online workshops will be conducted in parent-child mode, parents are required to accompany participants to take the class to ensure the learning progress is well on track.
3. When the participants attending the online workshops, please make sure the login username is the same as the registration record. After verifying the attendance of the participant, an e-certificate of participation will be issued. Any participants whose login usernames do not appear on the enrolment list are not allowed to attend the online workshops.
4. The online workshops will be conducted in designated Cloud Meeting Software, please read the activity reminder email carefully, as well as download the relevant software and prepare the equipment for participating in the workshop.
Ans: Participants can join the workshop midway. However, they may not be able to complete the teaching content as each online workshop has its fixed duration and end time. Please note that some workshops do not have playback after the end of workshop.
Ans: E-certificate of participation will be issued to participants who attended the online workshops.
Please make sure the login username is the same as the registration record for our verification of attendance of the participant.
Ans: Only participants who successfully enrolled for the “Online Workshop (with material packs)” will receive the material pack. It will be delivered by courier to the address you have filled in during the online enrolment one to two weeks before the start of the workshop. If you still have not received the material pack, please contact us on 3750 7050 during office hours.
For participants who successfully enrolled for the “Online Workshop (without material packs)”, there will be no material packs needed for the workshops.
Ans: You can email innocarnival@hkfyg.org.hk or call 3750 7050 during office hours to notify the organization about the missing or defective parts. Your case will be followed by staff.
