Group Visit - Kindergarten, Child Care Centre, Tertiary Schools, Charities and Others

Ans: All activities held in InnoCarnival 2025 are free of charge, no admission tickets are required. If groups/organisations are interested in on-site visits, please sign up and activate a “Type B: Schools / Groups / Charities” account on the event website innocarnival.hk in advance, as well as to submit the “Registration Form for Group Visit/School Bus Rental Subsidy” for group visit registration.

Notes: School bus rental subsidy is applicable for Primary, Secondary and Special Schools only.


If groups/organisations are interested in enrolling in physical workshops/online seminars, you may enroll through the registered account when the online enrolment period starts in late September. The enrolment details will be announced in due course, please pay attention to the “Latest News” on the event website. Please also submit the “Registration Form for Group Visit/School Bus Rental Subsidy” for simple registration as well. The online quota for activities is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis while quota lasts.

Notes: Schools/organisations can only enroll in non-parent-child physical workshops and online seminars.

Ans: NO. School bus rental subsidy is only applicable to primary, secondary and special schools. Therefore, if a group/organization arranges its own bus to the venue, the cost must be borne by the group itself. In addition to renting buses, groups/organisations can also take free shuttle buses to and from the venue from designated locations. Notes: Free shuttle bus does not offer charter services or seat reservations. Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ans: Around 50 programme partners will showcase their innovations and research achievements through exhibitions, including universities, R&D centres, government departments etc. Kindergartens are welcome to arrange visits for young kids.

Ans: The minimum grade/age group of participants for joining physical workshops/physical parent-child workshop is Primary One. The grade/age of participants should fall into the targeted grade/age group of activities.

The online seminars are open to the public, so there is no age restriction. Kindergartens may enroll in any suitable activities for young kids.

Ans: Groups/organisations could enroll in physical workshops and online seminars through the registered “Type B: Schools / Groups / Charities” account as group participants. However, it is required to enroll in the activities according to the grade/age group of participants. Quotas are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis while quota lasts.

For the physical parent-child workshops, group enrolment is not available. Interested service users from groups/organizations may sign up and activate a “Type A: Families / Small Groups / Individuals” account and enroll online or register on-site.
